I don’t believe in one size fits all wedding planning. In fact, I believe in just the opposite! Weddings should be designed with the couple – YOU! – specifically in mind.

For your big day, you shouldn’t be squeezed into a structure that was built for someone else’s event or pay for services that you don’t actually need. Every Yeti or Knot proposal is built custom for that specific event, which is why I require a free, no obligation consultation call before sending out any quotes.

This pricing structure does makes sharing general pricing a little challenging, but I firmly believe this is the perfect setup for my future clients. That said, I know budget can be an important factor in selecting the wedding vendors you want assisting you on your big day. I’m also a big fan of pricing transparency, so I’ve put together a few options to give you an idea on the level of investment based on the type of assistance you are seeking.

DIY Wedding Coordination

Are you a type A, crafty person who is excited about being involved in every aspect of your wedding planning? Then this option might be for you! This option is most similar to traditional day of coordination. You create your vision and I ensure that vision is executed the day of.

General inclusions are:

  • Client portal access (planning tips, planning timeline, and planning paperwork)
  • Access to YoK’s preferred vendor list
  • Unlimited communication via emails and text messages
  • Access to rental inventory
  • 1 virtual planning meeting (1 hour)
  • 1 onsite final walkthrough (2 hours)
  • 1 pre-event details meeting (1 hour) – Either be onsite with the final walkthrough or virtual
  • Timeline creation and distribution to vendors
  • Detailed event paperwork
  • Onsite ceremony rehearsal (1 hour)
  • 8 hours day of with lead coordinator
    • Decor setup
    • Vendor and timeline management
    • Tear down
    • Distribute final payments and gratuities

Wedding Management

Do you want to lead your wedding planning process, but wanting a bit more hands on help throughout the process? This option expands on day of coordination with more touch points throughout your planning process and the takeover of vendor communication in the final month leading up to your big day. Here you create your vision with guidance and coaching from me. I’ll also be there to help make sure your day runs smoothly.

General inclusions are:

  • Client portal access (includes planning tips, planning timeline, and planning paperwork)
  • Access to YoK’s preferred vendor list
  • Unlimited communication via emails and text messages
  • Access to rental inventory
  • 2 virtual planning meetings (1 hour each)
  • 1 onsite final walkthrough (2 hours)
  • 1 pre-event details meeting (1 hour) – Either be onsite with the final walkthrough or virtual
  • Timeline creation and distribution to vendors
  • Floor plan creation and distribution to vendors
  • Detailed event paperwork
  • Vendor confirmations and communication within 30 days of event
  • Onsite ceremony rehearsal (1 hour)

Partial Planning

Do you want your hand in the wedding planning process, but also looking for someone to help lead you through it and take a few of the less “fun” tasks off your plate? Then partial planning might be the ideal path for you! Here we work together to create your perfect wedding vision and I’ll step in 90 days out to ensure your big day is the best day ever.

General inclusions are:

  • Client portal access (includes planning tips, planning timeline, and planning paperwork)
  • Access to YoK’s preferred vendor list
  • Unlimited communication via emails and text messages
  • Access to rental inventory
  • Custom inspiration / mood board
  • Vendor research and recommendations (max of 3)
  • Contract reviews
  • Budget creation
  • 4 virtual planning meetings (1 hour each)
  • 3 onsite venue or vendor visits (1 hour each)
  • 1 onsite final walkthrough (2 hours)
  • 1 pre-event details meeting (1 hour) – Either be onsite with the final walkthrough or virtual
  • Timeline creation and distribution to vendors
  • Floor plan creation and distribution to vendors
  • Detailed event paperwork
  • Vendor confirmations and communication within 90 days of event

Are you looking for help at every step of the way? From picking your venue and vendors to creating a cohesive and unique event design to ensuring every detail represents you, I’ll be there to help! Here you get as much assistance and guidance as you need. You’ll leave the stress behind and together we’ll make your wedding day the absolute best it can be.

General inclusions are:

  • Client portal access (includes planning tips, planning timeline, and planning paperwork)
  • Access to YoK’s preferred vendor list
  • Unlimited communication via emails and text messages
  • Access to rental inventory
  • Custom inspiration / mood board
  • Assistance building your wedding website
  • Vendor research and recommendations (max of 6)
  • Contract reviews
  • Budget creation and management
  • Vendor payment management
  • Assistance with wedding stationary and signage design
  • 6 virtual planning meetings (1 hour each)
  • 6 onsite venue or vendor visits (1 hour each)
  • 1 onsite final walkthrough (2 hours)
  • 1 pre-event details meeting (1 hour) – Either be onsite with the final walkthrough or virtual
  • Timeline creation and distribution to vendors
  • Floor plan creation and distribution to vendors
  • Detailed event paperwork
  • Vendor confirmations and communication within 6 months of event
  • Unlimited support for the last 6 months of the planning process via phone, email, and/or text
  • Onsite ceremony rehearsal (1 hour)
  • 12 hours day of with lead coordinator and 2 assistants

Elopements

Are you planning a more intimate wedding experience for you and your partner? YoK can help with that too! Your wedding doesn’t have to be big to be a big deal. My elopement options are similar to “DIY Wedding Coordination” with fewer hours the day of.

General inclusions are:

  • Unlimited communication via emails and text messages

Pricing transparency is important to me and the trust our future partnership will be built on. My promise is to never add a service that you don’t need and to simultaneously allow for flexibility as you proceed through your wedding planning journey. If you ever find that you need more than what was on your initial proposal, adding on is easy!
